We had a nice group last night learning Social Hustle/Swing. One couple returned after a few weeks away and we had a new couple join. Welcome Cathy and Rich. Next week we should have Libby and Jimmy return along with staff member Sarah. Please join us!

Social Hustle/Swing is at 7:45pm at our Branford studio, 469 E. Main St. in Fitness on the Water. We are in the back of the Planet Fitness building. Bring shoes to change into, a partner is not required but it helps.
$15/person, $60/ five class card or $115/ five class card for a couple Arrive at or after 7:30pm

This is high energy and good exercise. You'll learn the basics and look great on the dance floor. It's a one hour class for all levels, beginners welcome.

Feb. 4, 2017- Donahues served up an early night of music with Shiny Lapel Trio playing from 3-6pm. Since the Super Bowl started at 6:30pm, that was a smart decision. Dancing was fast and electric with all the regulars there. If you have not gone yet, you must check it out every Sun. 4:30-8pm. Mostly Swing bands play but the dancing is all kinds.

Chowder Pot last night was OK. It was more crowded than last Sat but that was good. The band, Timmy Maia Experience played R & B well, but could have had some brass to add flavor.
